If you want to cancel or make changes to an order after it has been placed please contact us immediately via Contact

Orders are dispatched the next day if placed after 9am (AEST), so if you are able to make your request within 12-24 hours of placing your order we should be able to assist.

We are a small but busy team and cannot always get to your emails before despatch as we work hard to have your orders out the following day.

Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on your delivery address and order size. We've partnered with courier provider TNT to deliver your orders as cost effective and timely as possible.

Orders placed before 9am (AEST) will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 9am will be shipped the following business day.

NSW: 1-5 business days

QLD: 1-5 business days

Victoria: 2-7 business days

SA: 3-10 business days

TAS: 4-10 business days

WA: 4-10 business days

ACT: 1-5 business days

Foamie is not responsible for any delays caused by our courier providers.

TNT is available to address any concerns or questions you may have any questions regarding the ETA of your order or if you're experiencing any delays with the delivery of your order.

You're welcome to collect you order from our warehouse in Ballina.

Please select local "Pick-up" at checkout and we'll contact you to organsie collection.

Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email from us with tracking information. 

You can enter your tracking number directly into the TNT website to receive status updates.

Unfortunately we currently can not offer free shipping. Due to the large size and weight of softboards it wouldn't be feasible to absorb the cost of shipping. However, we have tried to source the most cost effective option with our courier provider TNT.
