Return Policy

Refund, Exchange &  Return Policy:

We aim to make your experience of ordering Foamie Softboards online as smooth and convenient as possible. Which is why we've developed the following returns policy to give you peace of mind when ordering directly with us.

All products are returnable, exchangeable and refundable as long as they meet these conditions:

Incorrect Order:
If the sizing or description of the product you received does not match information on website.

Damaged:
If the product has been damaged in transit.

Faulty Item:
If the product you received is faulty or defective in some way, and is still under warranty.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind” purchases. We also do not refund for goods which have been delayed in transit by the carrier.

The product must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, with tags, and in unused condition (unless it is a warranty claim). 

In the instance where Foamie has sent an incorrect Order or the product was delivered damaged or faulty, we will organise the return of the product and cover the cost of shipping.

The returned goods must be in the possession of Foamie before any further action is taken. Once we have received the returned product, we will either organise a replacement product to be shipped to your original address, at no extra cost to you, or issue you with a refund at our discretion.
